The nose is dominated by notes of red berries, including redcurrant, strawberry, cherry and blackcurrant, complemented by delicate herbal and vanilla nuances. The palate is harmonious and medium-bodied, with refreshing acidity and elegant, well-integrated tannins.

To preserve the characteristic aromas and freshness of Pinot Noir, the wine is dealcoholised using low-temperature vacuum distillation. The aromatic fraction is then reintroduced to retain the variety's distinctive red berry character and elegant style.
