Terms of service
The buyer and the seller, based on the buyer’s order, conclude a purchase agreement for goods in the online store www.lumedrinks.com
These Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) form an integral part of the purchase agreement and define the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, the delivery terms and conditions, order cancellation and product return procedures, refund rules, and dispute resolution procedures.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Use.
The buyer is not permitted to place an order through www.lumedrinks.com without having read and agreed to these Terms.
The seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement the Terms at any time, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Such changes take effect upon publication on the website.
The seller also reserves the right to change product prices or introduce new paid services at any time at their own discretion.
The contract between the buyer and the seller is deemed concluded once the buyer has selected the products, added them to the cart, entered the delivery address, and checked the box “I agree to the Terms of Use.”
An order confirmation is sent to the buyer’s provided email address.
1. Definitions
Seller: The owner of the online store www.lumedrinks.com SIA Learto, Reg. No. 40203625589, registered address: Alejas iela 12C, Valmiermuiža, Valmieras pagasts, Valmieras novads, LV-4219, Latvia — offering and selling products to buyers in the course of its business operations in accordance with these Terms.
Buyer: A natural person who orders goods via the online store www.lumedrinks.com
Website: The online store www.lumedrinks.com
Product: Alcohol-free beverages and related goods available for purchase on the Website.
Delivery: Delivery of the products ordered by the buyer to the address specified in the order.
2. Delivery Terms and Fees
When placing an order, the buyer can choose one of the following delivery options:

Delivery to a Latvijas Pasts parcel terminal

Delivery to an Omniva parcel terminal

Delivery by Eksprespasts courier to the specified address

Free pickup in Sigulda, at Krasta iela 5, by prior arrangement via phone +371 20396924
Free delivery:
For purchases over €50, delivery to Latvijas Pasts parcel terminals is free.
Delivery costs for other orders depend on the chosen delivery method and the size of the order.
Delivery fees:

Latvijas Pasts parcel terminal (all sizes): €2.00

Omniva parcel terminal: €2.95

Eksprespasts courier delivery:

Size S (1 wine bottle or similar): €4.90

Size M (2–4 bottles or similar): €5.70

Size L (5–8 bottles or similar): €7.75

Size XL (9–12 bottles or similar): €8.95

Orders are delivered within 2 working days after payment has been received and the buyer has received an order confirmation by email.
Delivery costs are not included in product prices. To see the exact delivery cost, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout — the system will display the correct delivery fee based on your selected delivery method.
If an order includes multiple products that are delivered separately, and the buyer is informed beforehand, a separate delivery fee will apply for each shipment.
3. Payment
When paying for an order and delivery, the buyer can choose one of the following payment methods:

Bank payment card

Bank transfer to the seller’s account (indicating the order number)

Apple Pay
The buyer must complete the payment within one (1) working day.
The seller undertakes to deliver the products to the buyer in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the product descriptions.
If the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the seller will promptly contact the buyer to resolve the issue.
If the buyer notices that the received products are incorrect, damaged, or broken in packaging, or otherwise non-compliant, they must immediately inform the seller by email at Liene@lumedrinks.com
4. Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulations No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On Distance Contracts.”
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them by sending a withdrawal notice to Liene@lumedrinks.com

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
All expenses related to returning the goods are covered by the buyer.
Returned goods must be sent to Krasta iela 5, Sigulda, LV-2150, Latvia.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The seller refunds the paid amount within 5 calendar days after receiving the returned goods.
The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or partially withhold a refund if the product is returned damaged.
If the product is damaged during delivery, the seller covers the return and replacement delivery costs.
In such cases, the buyer must immediately contact the seller by email at Liene@lumedrinks.com or by phone at +371 20396924 to arrange the return and replacement.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between the buyer and the seller or in connection with product purchases will be resolved through mutual communication or correspondence, with the goal of reaching a mutually acceptable agreement.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through communication, it will be settled in a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian legislation.
Complaints regarding product availability or quality can be submitted electronically by email to Liene@lumedrinks.com.
Complaints will be reviewed within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and a response will be sent to the contact address provided in the complaint.
If a complaint is deemed unfounded and the buyer disagrees with this decision, they have the right to use alternative dispute resolution options as provided by applicable law.
