Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulations No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “On Distance Contracts.”

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them by sending a withdrawal notice to the seller via email at Liene@lumedrinks.com

The buyer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

All expenses related to returning the goods to the seller are covered by the buyer. Returned goods must be sent to the following address:
Krasta iela 5, Sigulda, LV-2150, Latvia.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that the buyer used for the original transaction. The seller will refund the paid amount within 5 calendar days after receiving the returned goods. The seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned.

The seller reserves the right to deny the buyer’s withdrawal request if the goods are damaged.

If the goods delivered to the buyer are damaged during delivery, the seller covers the return shipping costs and the costs of sending a replacement. In such cases, the buyer must immediately contact the seller by email at Liene@lumedrinks.com or by phone at +371 20396924 to arrange the return and replacement of the damaged goods.
