This premium red wine is part of the DIVIN Vigneron collection. It is crafted from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes grown in the finest vineyards of Touraine. A combination of ageing in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, together with a gentle dealcoholisation process, preserves the characteristic structure, elegance and expressive character of Pinot Noir.

The nose is dominated by ripe cherry and strawberry aromas, complemented by delicate notes of spice, balsamic and oak. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with well-integrated tannins, vibrant fruit and a long finish marked by red fruit and a subtle hint of cinnamon.

Perfect for fine dining and special occasions. Pairs beautifully with duck, red meat, mature cheeses, red fruit desserts and pastries.
