This premium white wine is part of the DIVIN Vigneron collection. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in carefully selected old-vine vineyards in the Loire Valley. The wine combines a portion matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit with another portion aged in oak barrels for 10 months, adding depth, elegance and remarkable complexity.

The nose reveals aromas of white fruit, pear, blackcurrant and cherry blossom, complemented by delicate notes of vanilla, fresh oak and subtle coffee. On the palate, it is elegant and fresh, with vibrant fruit, beautifully integrated oak notes and a long, refined finish.

Perfect for fine dining and special occasions. Pairs beautifully with white fish, seafood, goat's cheese and vanilla panna cotta.
