Non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Austria, made from 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes.
On the nose, it reveals delicate floral and spicy notes, combined with a light fruitiness. The palate is fresh and lively, with elegant bubbles that add lightness and a sense of celebration. The lively bubbles help maintain a full flavour experience, even without alcohol.
This is a wine that pleasantly surprises and is a great alternative to traditional sparkling wine or Prosecco. Perfect as an aperitif, as well as with fresh fish dishes, sushi, and seafood.
This wine comes from Weingut Mayer am Pfarrplatz, a historic Viennese winery where winemaking traditions have been cultivated since 1683.
