Ingredients:
• 15 ml basil cocktail syrup
• 100 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine (for example: BIO Pizzolato M-Use Zero Sparkling, Saboritz Spumante, or Alt Blanc de Blanc)
• 40 ml rowan–meadowsweet–basil lemonade
• Plenty of ice
• Lemon slice and basil leaf for garnish

Step-by-step preparation:
• Take a wine glass and fill it to the top with ice.
• Add 15 ml of basil cocktail syrup.
• Pour in 100 ml of alcohol-free sparkling wine (for example: BIO Pizzolato M-Use Zero Sparkling, Saboritz Spumante, or Alt Blanc de Blanc).
• Add 40 ml of rowan–meadowsweet–basil lemonade.
• Gently stir with a cocktail spoon or straw.
• Garnish with a lemon slice and a basil leaf.
