Ingredients:
• 50 ml Abstinence Lemon Aperitif
• 150 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine (for example: BIO Pizzolato M-Use Zero Sparkling, Saboritz Spumante, or Alt Blanc de Blanc)
• 1–2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Lemon zest for garnish
• Plenty of ice

Step-by-step preparation:
• Take a large wine or cocktail glass and fill it to the top with ice.
• Pour in 50 ml of Abstinence Lemon Aperitif (or another alcohol-free lemon bitter).
• Add 150 ml of alcohol-free sparkling wine (for example: BIO Pizzolato M-Use Zero Sparkling, Saboritz Spumante, or Alt Blanc de Blanc).
• Gently stir with a spoon or straw.
• Garnish with lemon zest.
