
Ingredients:
• 20 ml elderflower syrup
• 90 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine (for example: BIO Pizzolato M-Use Zero Sparkling, Saboritz Spumante, or Alt Blanc de Blanc)
• 40 ml elderflower & cucumber lemonade
• Plenty of ice
• Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Step-by-step preparation:
• Take a wide wine glass and fill it to the top with ice.
• Add 20 ml of elderflower syrup.
• Pour in 90 ml of alcohol-free sparkling wine (for example: BIO Pizzolato M-Use Zero Sparkling, Saboritz Spumante, or Alt Blanc de Blanc).
• Add 40 ml of elderflower & cucumber lemonade.
• Gently stir with a cocktail spoon or straw.
• Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
